That's if you do the complete Shadowmourne quest. The last quest makes LK drop a box with shit in it that gives you quests. You can get the Deathcharger mount, tabard and other stuff.

Yeh the rates are nice at 10x - not to much past blizzard to make it so you dont have some work but not as tedious a grind as retail. Been on some of the instant and 30x servers - really hard for new players to wow or people trying a new class - they get to lv 80 before they have learned whats needed to properly play the class.
