You can use Zen Flight in Kul Tiras almost everywhere, you can also use it in Zandalar in some areas (Have not tested Zandalar completely Dazarálor works.)



You will be dismounted and given a parachute after a few seconds of flight but can just keep reusing when you get dismounted, this will allow you to fly around.
