Please use the Code when applying for gm (it is listed in this post somewhere).  This way we will have 
expected you to have read the following post and adhered to all.

Please use the set out when applying for a gm possition.
Do not bump your thread or get others to bump it for you.
You will be judged on you english capability and spelling.
Do not ask about your application on the forums or in game.
Minimum age for applicants is 15.  (If you are under the minimum age your application will be DECLINED!!)

2.How old are you? (Minimum Age 15)

3.Your Name?  Charecters Name?

4.Time code that you are in, and languages you speak? (This is primarily and English speaking Server)

5.Time you can be online?

 Mon - Friday  

 Sat - Sun
 
6.Do you know the commands used (please list a few)?

7.As a gm what do you think are the your main responsibilities?

8.You receive a ticket saying "Player Acornited is speed hacking" How would you deal with this?

9.You receive a ticket saying "Player Quaterized is being abusive, swearing and threatening" What action would
  you take?

10.Do you have a mic/vent or webcam for an interview?  
(This will be conducted by one of the Server admins/founders)

11.Please tell us why you would like to become a gm here at Deathalome?

12. If there is anything else that you would like to add? (Please keep it brief and to the point)

13.If you are found to be unsuitable for the position after hiring and are dismissed from being a gm, how are you likely to react?

14.Is there anything else you wish to add that may help your application? (Please keep as brief as possible)

The Server Founders/Admin team reserve the rights to change this form as necessary,  We also reserve the rights to take on gm on
a trail out basis.  This basis will be reviewed constantly by the Server Founders/Admin team and can the gm can be either taken on or
have there title removed at any time that is seen fit to do so if any of the rules are broken or not adhered too.  Thank you Deathalome
