Hey I got a noobish question, :P Some dude, I guess what mad about something and said that he was gonna report my sever to blizzard? Lol, will that effect anything? j/w

Probably not, as Blizzard have more Important things to do than chase up small Servers and shut them down.

If you were running a very successful and big Server, then Blizzard would quite well possibly follow it up and inform you that you need to shut down the server, or they can take legal actions.
