    Custom patches question

    Hey ppl how can i make a custom patch my self because a server that i play on Unforgiven-wow has its own main menu and the most important is the patch they have that they swap the Bloodvenom Blade for a real Frostmourne(Lich King one)
    How can i make this my self?
