Welcome to "Rules and Behaviour Code" Topic in GFX Section.

In this topic i will discuss what you can do in this section,
what rules you should follow and how to behave in this section.

    WHAT CAN I DO?

    You can :
-Post any piece of artwork you created.
    -Signatures,
    -Avatars
    -Banners
    -Wallpapers
    -Ect.
    -Replay and comment on artworks.
    -Give Critism.
    -Rate artwork

    WHAT I CANT?

-Do not copy any artwork, and pretend as you created it.
    -DO Not flame someones work.
-Flaming is higly forbidden in this section especially.
    -Normal Rules Apply.

    # DON'T personally attack anyone. (no flaming or bashing)
    # DON'T offend anyone by making political or religious statements.
    # DON'T make negative comments without suggestions for improvement. (eg. "THIS SUCKS", "WHAT A MESS", "LOW VOTE FROM ME", ...) The author will be discouraged by these comments can do absolutely nothing with them. There's nothing wrong with critique. But, it should come with a suggestion.

    # DON'T talk about your favorite holiday destination in someones entry.
    # DON'T start discussions in someones entry that are totally unrelated to the entry.
    # DON'T ask someone for dinner in someones entry. Keep this private!xD

    HOW TO RATE?

    * Average entries (not terribly bad, but nothing special) you could give between 45 and 59.

    * Higher than 60 is really good (not just copy/paste, or overuse of filters...).

    * Higher than 70 is really very good (very original or really standing out).

    * Higher than 80 is amazingly good (like some of the all source entries for
    example, or very arty ones).

    * Higher than 90... Maybe one or two entries every week? Or one or two a month? I rarely give that high. You have to go "WOW" or fall of your chair if you wanna give that much.

    * Lower than 45... Only filters, or obvious mistakes like very bad shadows or wrong perspective.

    * Under 35 : The really bad ones. Chunky chops, only using filters,...

    * Usually you are not going below 25 why?
-If someone even enters/submits an entry automatically gets 10 for the shnizzleing effor ffs.
    - There are newbies of course whom want some suggestions ect, dont flame em.... if it really reeeeeally bad.. like Choppy, Totaly bad colors totaly no point.. only 3-4 layers sutch as solid background and a bad traced render. with a choppy text.. ect... they you give 20.

When you are rating, always give a comment which will lead to a suggestion or a correction.

Some basic stuff you can comment on are

Perspective: Very Good Good Average Bad
Shadows: Very Good Good Average Bad
Colors: Very Good Good Average Bad
Originality: Very Good Good Average Bad

I hope this will help you to rate on any GFX work posted around the internet.
