i already did one, and what are the dbc files? is that the database or what?

So if i load my database currently on 3.2.2 onto this 3.3.3 server will my server have the 3.3.3 items or not?...

DBC files contain client-side data (Spells, Emotes, Creature data etc...) which is needed to run the game. In a way, they form a client-side (player-side, not server-side) database. They're found in the large .MPQ files which contain the World of Warcraft game data (Speech, Textures, Models etc...)

Ok so i need to extract the dbc files from my old server or were those the scripts?

Well i just got a major crash on my wow, it happens whenever i try and ask for a quest. Is this normal or what?

In layman's terms, what was changed in version 2.0? I've never really understood changelogs.

so can i get a little bit better of an explination on how to transfer like the character database over to the new server? i'm using heidisql and it doesn't work quite as well as far as i see. so can i get an in depth explanation or something? thanks
