I dont know how, but I feel somehow we should put your bust at the entrance of every major city in the game with a plaque : "To our benfactor!"

[EPIC] 0004331.map bullsh*tteh is from using a used maps folder(ones that had been used by another core application with different version).
Easy fix: Whenever you extract maps, keep a copy untouched. Always delete the old ones before copy pasting the ones.
Worked for me.
