You can't unless you have the source. I will fix this for the next update.

You can disable spells in the database, go to the disables table.

It is pretty easy

But i'd say if you are pretty new to server/repack editing etc then i'd suggest you to download a premade instant 60/70/80/85 repack

Sorry for the delayed update! My best friend is having cancer and im supporting him more than the work at the moment im trying to raise enough money for his surgery!
