Make sure all ports for forwarded, also post your configs in CODE so we know if it's the configs or not.

Register to remove this adThe Following Ports sould be opened,
Code:3724 - 3724 80 - 80 3306 - 3306 8129 - 8129 8093 -8093 6112 - 6112 6881-6999 3036 - 3036 8050 -8050
If the ports are not opened open them at
192.168.1.1 You will need to log in with your Username/Password
When you have the programs running go to Open Port Check Tool
And see if it can see you at the port thats running the program so for instance
the ArcEmu World uses port 8129 as default so when its running
go to that site and put port 8129 in and see if it can see you.
The web site is ran on port 80 make shore its forwarded, then when Apache is running
see if you can see if your pots open at The site above, If its working you sould
also be able to go to you ip witch can be found at http://whatismyip.com
When you go to your ip it sould be the same as if you were going to 127.0.0.1
~Hope I helped !
