WoW Private Server - Questions from Newbie

Hello. I want make own WoW privaye server. I know how to compile/run server. I saw and tested much repacks etc.
But now i must decide which is the best ?
Please help me choose.
help me find Repack/Emulator/Database and other which are The Best (much working spells/talents/quests/instances/etc., etd).
I want make Good Server, then learn Lua/C++ scrippting and make if Public in future.
Please help me Chose Emulator. I want you help me to make Armory and other usefull sttuf too (Website i made myself. For armory i didnt found any script.)

If you want to make an own server you should learn C++ and SQL

There are many "How to compile (corename)"
guides here use the magic search button

And if you are going to create a website you should learn HTML, CSS & Photoshop for the design.

IMO, MaNGOS or Arcemu Core.

Website isnt big problem. i know HTML, PHP + some SQL (i use SQLyog or other, is easier to edit database).
Compile the source i can too. C++ i know basics.
I know what i need but i dont know whic Emulator/Database is The Best to RUn Private server (it dont must be PERFECT, but must be good). If it will be that i can learn how to script/edit server. But need help to change Good emulator/Database etc.

Mangos 9280, Mangos Update SQL, Scriptdev2 Update SQL, YTDB, Characters SQL Full, Realmd SQL Full ??
And why in this post is somethink like: Buildings ?? Whats is this ?
And this is for 3.2.2a or 3.3.0a or older ?

I try.
Meybe is there any other Good, stable Emu+Database or any Good Repack (i will be happy if someone say which repack on this forum/all over the world is the best) ??

It depends what you are looking for.
The MMOPro repack 2 isn't bad.
treetree's repacks are also good...

I dont know what i am looking for....Anythink good. Repack ready to make Private server without any big problems or EMu+DB without big bugs too.
I have much repacks downloaded and cant decide. Some are working perfect, some not.
I want only make server like other peoples doing, then publish them (dreams)

If I understand you correctly, you want to make a public server.
I suggest compiling your own server, in other words make your own repack...
There should be tuts. in the tutorial section:

If you need help picking a core and/or DB.
Core: Arcemu
DB: WhyDB
(These are my picks.)
