Mangos levelup NPC

I was wondering if an NPC exists for mangos that could change a toons level? I used search and google but didn't find anything. Basically I want to give people the option of leveling up from lvl 1 or just talking to an NPC and picking a level they want to be from a list. Thanks in advance.

What I came up with is items:
1 that gives +1 to level
1 that gives +5 to level
1 that gives +10 to level

that's awesome. Are you going to make all 3? It would be nice if so just in case people wanted to do some twink pvp'ing.

True, but several of the people i know are noobs and if they did that they wouldn't know how to play their character at 80.. I deal with enough of those people in retail that buy their accounts online.

Ummm wouldnt a npc that makes you level be the same as a quest that gives you the levels?
