Every account I make. Using both the manager as well as manually typing the command to create an account in the prompt of the worldserver. My accounts worked just fine before using the manager and I didn't mess with any other setting.
What I tried doing with the manager, if this makes a difference, is check all the boxes on one of the accounts in hopes to see if I can get GM commands to work. And I do mean ALL the boxes one by one.

Reloaded my repack, made an account and I got on the server. Tried this manager again and I'm getting the same issue where it says my account is closed.

I've got it working now. Not sure if I missed this in any of the instructions, but I had to go into my repack and edit a digit in the worldserver using notepad.

# Warden.Enabled

# 1 - (Enabled)
Warden.Enabled = 0
^ Although it says the default is 0, it was initially set to 1 and I changed it to 0.
