[Ticket Tracker]
This is a tool that allows GMs on servers running Ascent to easily browse through and read tickets.

Features:

  • Displays tickets in a list
  • Paged List
  • Automatically refreshes ticket list when a ticket is deleted or a new ticket is found.
  • Automatically hides offline players' tickets



To Install:
  • Download the attached .zip file (Latest version is 1.3.0)
  • Unzip the file and put the folder into your World of Warcraft/Interface/AddOns folder.
  • Start WoW



To Use:

  • If you have not yet used Ticket Tracker for the first time, log in to your character and type "/ticketchannel <Your ticket channel name here>". This will set the channel the addon listens on for tickets.
  • To view the Ticket Tracker, type "/tt". You can put this in a macro and place the button on your action bar if you wish.
  • To refresh tickets, press the Refresh button. This isn't always necessary.
  • To scroll through the ticket list, use the Prev or Next buttons.
  • To view a ticket, press the View button.
  • To delete a ticket, press the Delete button in the Ticket View dialog.
