Have you considered starting a bodybuilding program? I'm starting to think in that direction but I'm not sure how important it is to have a comprehensive workout program. What do you guys think about it?

You know, I believe that a comprehensive training program is absolutely essential for gaining muscle mass. It's not just about lifting weights, but also about incorporating various exercises and techniques that engage all muscle groups. You should also gradually overload your muscles to continue gaining muscle mass. In addition, nutrition plays a key role. You should follow a proper diet that includes enough protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats to support muscle growth. And don't forget about supplements. As for where to look for these supplements, it is better to go to https://misterolympia.shop/buy/hgh/. There you will be able to choose everything you need at pleasant prices.

I agree that a comprehensive exercise program is important, but I also think it's important to listen to your body and make adjustments if necessary. Everyone's body is different, so what works for one person may not work for another. You should also be aware of any imbalances or weaknesses in your body and adjust your workouts accordingly.
