AcrEmu Compile, NCDB

Ok people, freshly done, I have compiled ArcEmu for the millionth time and included NCDB, all you have to do is execute the logon and the world and your done.

I will make updates to this often with revisions.

I am now compiling with the new revision and the new ncdb.
