Server setup, need help will pay

I am new to this, tried contacting some guys which advertised help services but have had no luck contacting.

What I've got:
I've got a windows 2008 box (2 IP's)
Bind (configured) and Xampp (installed not configured)
TRM's 3.3.5.12340 Repack
maps and dbc folders
Cumulative Update
I have a domain which is configured at the register with private nameservers pointed at the server

What I need done:

Xampp configured so that the domain is hosted
Mangos Web Enhanced installed to the domain
TRM's 3.3.5.12340 Repack setup

Dimmy :D, Don't pay for somthing thats simple just use one of the threads thats on the site there's like 100 of them :D. From SummitCore to Trinity.

Follow the directions on how to setup the server from my post, make sure the ports named are forwarded and opened in your firewall.

If you are using my repack it has the xampp light already installed, just make sure to run apache as a service by going into the C:\Server\apache\ folder and using the apache_installservice.bat to install apache as a service.

Empty the C:\Server\htdocs\ folder and copy the extracted MangosWeb_v2_rev10_NoHgFiles.rar files to it.

Then just follow the README.html file for installation. Because you are using my repack with apache and mysql as services you already have GD compiled into Php.
