Any sportsman here? What supplements do you take to be stronger?

These are my supplements for strength:
HMB pre-workout (1.5/3g) + Creatine post-workout (3/5g);
Ashwagandha twice a day with meals (300mg 5% withanolides) or Ashwagandha once a day with meal + Curcumin once a day with meal (400/500mg bcm-95);
D vitamin + K vitamin;
