As you can see you are able to change the size and color
Bigger size = makes the icon look bad but its easier to see.
Chaged color = awesome :)



Chat mod (Riot Games\League of Legends\game\DATA\Menu\HUD\defaults\Chat.ini)
In here you will be able to change the text color and size

1. Goto your LoL directory and locate //html//images//en-Us//
(or de-DE, es-ES//)

Open "Background.jpg" with photoshop or paint
Save it and replace the old
