In this guide i show how to make gold using the addon auctioneer, which requires no farming at all.
first you will need to pick up the addon Auctioneer, it can be found here:
Curse - Auctioneer (http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/auctioneer/download/399850.aspx)
WoWinterface - Auctioneer (http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info7879-AuctioneerSuite.html)
Now, After you have installed Auctioneer load up wow, log on, and head to the closest auctionhouse.
1.Scanning Now Youll see that you auctionhouse window has had some major changes, dont worry most of which will be explained, whenever using the AH for reasons besides posting of buying items, ull always wanna do a scan of the AH to get all the auctions info, as shown in the picture below youll want to click the "play" looking button to start scanning, depending on ur connection it can take between 2-10min to scan
http://img213.imageshack.us/img213/6807/wowscrnshot013110091229.jpg
2.Start Gold-Making now what you want to do is look on the AH for different types of ore, IE; saronite ore, iron ore, copper ore, tin ore ext. i find Iron ore, Thorium Ore, and Saronite ore the most profitable.
now that u searched for ur ore mouse over the some on the AH (preferably a stack of 20!) it should display alot of information below the tooltip of the item like this -
http://img237.imageshack.us/img237/8433/wowscrnshot013110093610.jpg
Now what were mainly looking at here is the Market Price and ProspectValue(AucAdv), as u can see the stack of iron ore costs 39g13s, and if prospected the average of the gems sells for 54g, a 14g profit per stack, now lets look at some others ores.
-Thorium ~ 13g profit
http://img695.imageshack.us/img695/6448/wowscrnshot013110093658.jpg
-Saronite ~ 16g profit (selling the gems uncut)
http://img12.imageshack.us/img12/935/wowscrnshot013110093716.jpg
Now you can do this method with not just ore, but herbs and greens to. look on the auction house for armor level 70+, and make it look at the cheapest items posted first. as seen below these green bracers were posted for 2g9s, but have a disenchant value of 13g30s
http://img231.imageshack.us/img231/2407/wowscrnshot013110094556.jpg
and with this stack of lichbloom for 28g, has a mill value of 65g (although i find herbs not as profitable as inks tend to sell less then pigments, and usally dont get purchased as pigments)
http://img294.imageshack.us/img294/5458/wowscrnshot013110093738.jpg
Now this isnt used for making gold, but its a nice little feature that i find intresting, click the beancouter tab at the bottom, and either drag a item into the box, or type in a word like "glyph", searching for "glyph" will give u every glyph u have bought/sold (since you installed auctioneer) and will either give u a "LOST XXX" or "GAINED XXX" amount of gold, depending which is higher, in the picture i searched for ore, and sense i recently leveled JC and bought alot of it, i Lost gold with ore on the AH.

I hope this Helped some people out there and Feedback Appreciated
