It's about "lifetime kill points"

You will get Gladiator titles by ur kill points

Kills - Title

50 People = Duelist
100 People = Challenger
200 People =Crusader
400 People = Gladiator
800 People = Merciless Gladiator
1000 People = Vengefull Gladiator
2000 People =Brutal Gladiator
3000 People = Deadly Gladiator
4000 People = Furious Gladiator
5000 People =Relentless Gladiator
10000 People =Wrathful Gladiator
