What Private Server players want (Moved)

I'm working on building up a new server in which you start as level 80 and level to 200 along a plotline that takes place in an alternate universe. I wanted to have some feedback on what people want to see in a new release. There will be lots of custom items (I've already created over 500 custom items, NPCs, and the like; I was working on it up til a few months ago when the new updates came out and cores were still very rough), several instances at level 100, 150 and 200 that will be re-tuned, and lots of PvE and PvP quests. Anyone have some suggestions on what they want to see in such a funserver?

They want to see boobs and lots of it. So make sure every mob has the 56 Display Id, I think that works for NPCs, might just make it a white Nelf, cant remember.

In all seriousness, they usally like PvP rather than questing, making some sort of PvP leveling might be usefull, as long complicated story-line quests tend to stray from the Inital idea and not work as well. Custom server is a good idea, but usally quite hard to pull off, usally people dont like PvP'ing on Servers that have "uber" or "imba" items that overpower donators or voters so much, keep the stats down to or around blizzards stats (But of course, make them a bit stronger for every 10 levels). Also, having lots of quests, i'm not sure people will spend alot of time leveling from 80-200 in quests, mabey having "vote for levels" and such, gets them higher quicker and you votes... and PvP at 200 must be unique, mabey a 'custom' battleground, or mabey a custom PvP system, like a Lua posted earlier - the one that gives titles for however many honorable kills you have, could be a good way to promote PvP. Things like that is what I'd be looking for.

I like to see more custom quest, Npcs that give a challenge, especially when it comes to world leaders
Huge rewards, but huge risk on the lines where you still need 25+ man to take them not being soloable like some servers.
PvP is always nice to have, but most of the time it gets so ridiculous because of custom gear, its simply no longer worth participating in.
Fixing Wintergrasp would be a plus, there are very few servers Ive seen with a working wintergrasp
