Help updating

Anyone Now why it wont let me update to 3.3A this is the error when its on 99%


The file "C:\Windows.old\Documents and Settings\Alex\Mina dokument\Spel\Data\enUS\Documentation\ReadMe\EULA. html" could not be renamed to "C:\Windows.old\Documents and Settings\Alex\Mina dokument\Spel\Data\enUS\Documentation\ReadMe\EULA. html.Trash". If this problem persists, you may be able to solve it by uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. If you are unable to correct this problem, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (ConflictManager::ResolveConflicts/3)

I tryed repair but didnt still work and what i gotta uninstal WoW then start all over again O.o? or is there an another way

sounds like it crashed,,

reinstall it and make a copy of it
and past it somewhere,,

it says 3 conflics

then you are only installing it once,,

or download the patch again it could
be corrupt or the wrong one,,
