I have shared the script from AlexeWarr and update them but i change the zone for Gurubash Arena :) and different display.

Also i can keep working on it and different display and news one. it's cool for funserver

NAME - Party (Show on Gossip)
Available - 1 (enable to show on gossip list when you speak the NPC)

How to change the zone
Line 51 if (creature->GetZoneId() != 33) **Change number 33 to anything from zone ID)
then compiles but when you made the xyzo different places, it's wont work at all. you have to redeign the theme again
