Logging in to game server = cant get into the realm?

I'm using Trinity Repack 4.0.6-4.1

I followed the guide: http://mmofuse.net/forums/f167/make-your-trinity-realm-public-%5Beasy-noob-tutorial-pictures%5D-*hot*-18660/#post44770
and when I log in I get to the Realm Selection page, I click on my realm and I says "Logging in to game server" and returns to Realm Selection page again..

Could someone help please?

PS. My friend cant even log into my server..

Make 3 realm on DB

[external ip] example : 192.168.1.1
[internet ip} example : 78.112.54.154

Make 3 realm, like making 2 more realms in the db? :o
