How open Safe Mode?

Restart, and before the computer logo comes on "VAIO", "Dell" or whatever your computer is. Hold Press F8 a couple of times a black screen with white lettering will appear. with your you and down arrows, select "Safe Mode with Networking"

NOTICE: Check The Proxy Server

Firefox
Tools --> Options --> Advanced --> Network --> Connection and click "Settings..."
Click the check "No proxy"

Internet Explorer (Recommended)
Tools --> Internet Options --> Click "LAN settings"
and click uncheck (off) on "Proxy server"


Open Malwarebytes, or Anti-Virus.
First Check Update and now Full scan.
